Born: June 7, 1952 in Huntsville, Alabama.

One of 4 children from military parents, I lived throughout the world growing up, with no real place to call home until moving to Daytona in 1983.

BA degree in History at University of Florida 1970 - 1974, but my junior year spent overseas with an exchange program at the University of Utrecht in The Netherlands, but sponsored by, and receiving credit through the University of Florida.

Admitted to Practice in the US District Court, Middle District, Florida since 1984

I or attorneys associated with me have handled several thousand personal injury cases since starting business here in Ormond Beach beginning November of 1983. I own the building and the land where my business is located. I have been in the same location in Ormond Beach since starting this business.

I have lived in Ormond Beach since 1983 and married my wife, Diane, in 1988. We have two children — Laura and Thomas.

I am an Expert rated Chess player and a member and past President of the Daytona Chess Club.
